1. What are the dates?
Three County Fair is Labor Day Weekend and runs Friday through Monday, August 31 - September 3, 2007.2. What are the Fair hours?
Friday 8/31 11 AM to 10:00 PM
Saturday 9/1 11 AM to 10:00 PM
Sunday 9/2 11 AM to 10:00 PM
Monday 9/3 11 AM to 9:00 PM
3. Do I need to be present for all hours of the Fair?
YES4. What types of merchandise are eligible to be in the Fair?
A wide variety, including all categories of Arts & Crafts, Antiques & Collectibles5. How many vendors will there be?
Approximately 50 - 100 different vendors6. What booth sizes are available and how much do they cost?
A standard booth is 10' wide by 10' deep and cost $100.00 for all four (4) days. Larger booths are available in multiples of 10' with a cost of $100.00 for each additional 10' of space. For example, a 10' deep by 30' wide space costs $300.00 for all four (4) days.6a. What if I want to buy a 20' x 20' space?
A limited number of irregular shaped booths are available in multiples of 10' x 10'. For example a 20' x 20' booth would cost $400.00.7. What happens if it rains?
The Fair is open rain or shine. You may bring a small tent or canopy if you like, But please note: tents over 10' x 10' require a permit from the City of Northampton. If you are planning on putting up a tent call John in the Three County Fair office at 413-584-2237 ext 113 for information on how to obtain a city permit.8. What is the anticipated attendance of the Fair?
About 30,000 over the four Fair days.9. What are the other fair activities?
Variety of livestock exhibits including Horse and Ox Pulls

Demolition Derbies
Truck Pull
Live Music
Horse Show
10. When can I setup my booth?<BR> Set up is Thursday, August 30th from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The gates also open from 8 - 10 AM each Fair day for vendors to restock. All cars must be out of the display areas by 10:30 AM at the latest.
11. Where do I park?
Vendors have a separate parking lot near the display area, so you can get to your vehicle for restocking during the day. Once on the grounds however, you may not under any circumstances, move your car out of parking lot until the end of the Fair each day. If you think you will need to use your vehicle during the day, you will have to park in the public parking lots.12. Is there overnight security?
There is 24 hour security, and your booth may stay set up overnight. Depending on what you are selling and the weather you may choose to pack up just your inventory each night. The choice is yours. However, the Three County Fair and any of its agents cannot be held liable for any loss due to theft, weather or any other cause natural or otherwise, in connection with the Fair.13. What methods of payment do you accept?
